I built JellyMed for the ravers, lovers, queer kids, neurospicy babes, first-timers and veterans who pour their whole hearts into a weekend and quietly hope nothing goes medically wrong.

The Luminary could not ignore the gap: no gentle, judgment-free place to ask, Is this safe? Is this normal? Am I okay? JellyMed is that light.

01What is JellyMed?+

JellyMed is doctor-led telehealth for non-emergency needs before, during, and after festivals, travel, nightlife, tours, and everyday life. Care starts with a clinical visit, not a product menu.

02What does a visit cost?+

One JellyMed visit is a flat $45. Medication, labs, shipping, pharmacy, and other third-party costs are separate when applicable.

03Can I choose a medication?+

Start with what you want help with. A licensed clinician makes the medical decision after reviewing your symptoms, history, state rules, and safety. Prescriptions are never guaranteed.

04Is the visit chat or video?+

Your state, symptoms, and the clinical protocol determine the right format. If video is required, you do not pay a second visit fee.

05Do you prescribe controlled substances?+

No. JellyMed does not prescribe controlled substances.

06What if this is an emergency?+

JellyMed is not emergency care. Chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, seizure, severe confusion, serious injury, uncontrolled bleeding, or rapidly worsening symptoms need 911, the nearest ER, or on-site medical support.

Dr. Laura Purdy, MD, MBA, is the calm, nerdy doctor behind JellyMed, where joy, freedom, and self-expression are protected with science, consent, and clear medical boundaries. Your brightest moments deserve backup, not judgment.

She created JellyMed for the questions people sometimes whisper after the music gets loud: Is this safe? Is this normal? Am I okay? She wanted a place where ravers, travelers, lovers, creators, first-timers, and festival veterans could bring the real version of the story without being shamed for it.

JellyMed is bright on purpose, but it is never careless. Dr. Laura keeps joy in the health conversation and real medical boundaries in the room. She explains risk plainly, respects autonomy and consent, and helps people choose a safer next step without turning care into a lecture or a pharmacy menu.
