These JellyMed Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) pertain to the JellyMed website (including all pages and features, “Site”) and the specific products and services provided on, through, or in relation to the Site. This Agreement is made between JellyMed of AFD HH (“JellyMed”) and any person visiting, accessing, registering with, or using the Site (collectively, “you” or “your”). Herein, JellyMed and you are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Site, as it constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and JellyMed. By creating, registering, or logging into an account on the Site, you automatically accept and agree to the most recent version of this Agreement.
By continuing to visit, access, register with, or use the Site, you reaffirm your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not accept and agree to this Agreement in full, you are strictly prohibited from visiting, accessing, registering with, or using the Site.
JellyMed reserves the right to supplement, amend, or modify this Agreement at any time. Such modifications will be posted on this or a similar page of the Site or sent to the email address associated with your User Account (defined below). It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly, as any changes will be effective as of their stated effective date.
Eligibility
The Site is available only to users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or of the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and who accept this Agreement. By visiting, accessing, registering with, or using the Site or purchasing products or services through it, you represent that you meet these requirements and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

Your Devices
The Site may be accessible through various electronic devices (“Devices”). You are responsible for obtaining and updating any necessary Device, software, and network access. JellyMed does not guarantee compatibility with any particular Device, software, or operating system, nor does it cover any carrier or network fees.
Ownership and Rights
The Site, including all content and intellectual property, is owned or permissibly used by JellyMed. You may have only limited rights granted under this Agreement; no rights or permissions are coupled with an interest. This Agreement does not constitute a waiver of JellyMed’s rights under applicable law.
License to Use the Site
JellyMed grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to access and view publicly displayed pages of the Site. For subscribers with User Accounts (defined below), this license may extend to additional subscription-only pages. Unauthorized use or breach of this Agreement automatically terminates this license.
User Materials
All names, photographs, and other content you submit to or publish on the Site are deemed “User Materials.” By submitting User Materials, you grant JellyMed a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use these materials.
Suspension or Termination of Service
JellyMed reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your User Account without notice, at its sole discretion. JellyMed is not liable for any loss or damage arising from such suspension or termination.
User Account Registration
To access subscription-only pages of the Site, you may need to create a User Account. As part of this process, you may be required to meet additional conditions. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and securing your User Account details. JellyMed reserves the right to access your User Account to facilitate this Agreement.
Payment Terms
All monetary transactions on the Site are processed by a third-party vendor. You are responsible for all charges related to your account(s), and JellyMed reserves the right to refuse services if fraudulent activity is suspected. Payment information provided on the Site must be accurate and up-to-date.
Communications and Opt-Out
You consent to JellyMed contacting you for purposes related to the Site via electronic communications, including emails and text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of certain communications at any time.
Code of Conduct
Users are expected to maintain respectful behavior when interacting with JellyMed’s platform. JellyMed enforces a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, intimidation, or threats against staff, which may result in account deactivation.

Termination

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
