Our shipping partners—USPS, UPS, and FedEx—ensure delivery within 3-5 business days.
Order Status:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an online tracking number to monitor its status. Feel free to reach out if you’d like more information about your order’s status. If you see “Pre-Shipment,” don’t worry—USPS updates tracking after the package has moved beyond the first stop!
Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s any issue with your JellyMerch order, please contact us, and we’ll work to make it right.
Backordered Items:
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock, which could slightly delay shipping. If an extended delay occurs, we’ll notify you by email, and your order will be automatically shipped as soon as items become available. In-stock items ship right away, and any backordered items will follow at no extra cost. Multiple backordered items may result in partial shipments.
Expedited Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.
